How does personalization work?
When you add an item to your cart, you'll see a "Personalization Details" text box. Simply type the name, initials, date, or message you'd like engraved. If you have a specific font preference, mention it there as well — otherwise, we'll use our signature font. You can also check the product photos for our font chart.
How do I send my fingerprint for engraving?
After placing your order for a fingerprint item, send us a clear, high-resolution photo of the fingerprint via our Contact page or by email. The best method is pressing a finger onto an ink pad and then onto white paper, then photographing it in good lighting. Our artisans use precision laser technology to replicate every detail of the print onto the piece.
What materials do you use?
We use three primary materials: 925 Sterling Silver (stamped with "925" for authenticity), 316L Stainless Steel (medical-grade, waterproof, and hypoallergenic), and 18K Gold Vermeil (gold over sterling silver). Every material is chosen for durability and daily wearability.
How long does production take?
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. After that, shipping from our US fulfillment center usually takes 3–7 business days for domestic orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, most of Europe, the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), and more. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every piece is custom-made to your specifications, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. However, if there's any issue with your order — such as damage during transit, incorrect engraving, or a manufacturing defect — please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to find a solution.
What chain length should I choose?
For necklaces, 22 inches is the most popular choice for men — it typically sits just below the collarbone. If you prefer a shorter, tighter fit, go with 20 inches. For a longer, more relaxed look, choose 24 or 26 inches. When in doubt, measure a necklace you already own or use a string around your neck.
Can I order in bulk for a wedding or event?
Absolutely. Groomsmen gifts, corporate events, and wedding parties are some of our most popular orders. Simply choose the product, enter the personalization details in the text box, and add a note with any special instructions for each piece. How should I care for my jewelry?
For sterling silver: Keep it dry and avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chemicals. Store it in a dry pouch or box when not wearing it. A soft silver polishing cloth will restore the shine if tarnishing occurs.
For stainless steel: This material is water-friendly, but avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water. Put on your jewelry after applying cologne or hair products.
Can I see a preview before you engrave?
For standard text engraving, we use professional laser equipment that ensures clean, precise results every time. For more complex requests — such as custom handwriting, logos, or fingerprint engraving — we may send you a digital proof before production. Feel free to mention it in your order notes or contact us to request one.
Is your website secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, protected by SSL encryption. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and all major credit cards. We never store your credit card information.
