Magnolia Men Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your non-personalized items within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Personalized Items: Products made to order or personalized are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact our dedicated returns team at returns@magnoliamen.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
